Sorry to say but Candidates must obtain a minimum score of 70 out of 200 in order to pass the exam, with a score of 120-150 being a good score to gain admission into the premier BArch colleges. Now see, the passing marks won't help in getting into top colleges. If you want to get into a good college, you should set a target of scoring at least 120 marks out of 200.

Also

You didn't mentioned your home state. But for top architecture colleges you must score 80-90% in your board exams and a score of 100+ as your NATA score.

You just have to give an exam named IELTS, which is an English proficiency exam, and after the result you can contact any institution such as IDP, which can help you for rest of the process, or you can do it yourself by surfing through the university's websites, good luck.
