This university is not good for any course the faculty is not supportive in my opinion the faculty, also have no knowledge about their job as well, otherwise it all depend on you.

Yes, You can get ECE branch with 78 percentile in Sastra. You may not get IT in round 1, but there are chances for you to get it in round 2 or 3.
