Music industry is very unique and needs a lot of practice, training and hard work. To be honest there are very few institutes that offer a course in Singing or Music as this domain is talent based and No institute can teach you this; it can only be enhanced under professional guidance. As a friend I would say that if you have a good voice then you can approach a good mentor or enroll your self in a good music school.

Hi,
In order to practice medicine or to pursue masters degree in medicine from universities abroad, in most of the countries the applicants are required to get themselves registered with the medical council of those countries and clear the eligibility test to pursue MS or practice medicine.
The medical council in most of the countries conducts the qualifying exam for the foreign medical graduates, only if the candidates clears this test, they are allowed to practice.
