Hi,
After completing B.com you have 2 options:
1.To opt for a job.
2.To opt for further studies (MBA, M.com etc)
However, as per your profile I would suggest you to work for 1-2 years and then opt for further studies.
The advantage of this step would be:
- You will gain relevant work experience.
- After working you will know which course to pursue that can further enhance your career prospects.
- If you are interested in pursuing MBA, then this work experience would help you to decide which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects, however as per your profile pursuing MBA in finance would be the best option f

To become a commercial pilot :
* You need to first possess a Student Pilot License. You must be over 17 years of age and have completed 12th in Science (Physics and Mathematics) with 50%.
* Your vision in one eye must be perfect. In general medical terminology, it is called 6/6 eyesight. In the other eye, you could have an imperfection of 6/9, which must be correctable to 6/6.
General physical fitness is mandatory. You must be free of any disease that can hamper normal function.
* You need to register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India.
* Next is Private Pilot

There are many courses that you can go for after 12th like bachelors in journalism/ fashion designing/ hotel management/ business administration/ computer applications and so on but it depends upon what you are interested in.
In case you are confused you can go for career assessment test facility being offered by universities like LPU, Amity etc on their websites. It is a free of cost facility. This facility helps you choose a career according to your passion and aptitude.

If its in print media that you are interested you can go for Bachelors in Journalism and mass comm. If electronic media is your calling then go for Bachelors in film and tv production.
There are institutions like LPU, JMI, AAFT etc offering these kind of courses.
