The minimum eligibility criteria is- Pass in 10+2 examination with at least 65% marks for 1st shift (55% marks in 2nd Shift) in aggregate in 5 subjects including Physics, mathematics and English as compulsory subjects along with one of the following subjects: a) Chemistry b) Bio Technology c) Computer Science d) Biology, from recognized Board/University.

For getting into MBA, the candidate has to be graduate with 50 to 60% marks . the MAT/CAT score requirement varies from college to college and their are still colleges which does not require even the same.
you need to browse through net and check which colleges require how much score depending upon your requirements.
Also "finance " is a specialization and eligibility criteria for MBA( irrespective specialization) is similar throughout. Infact 1 year of MBA mainly consists of general subjects and 80% of students decide their specialization only after 6 months to 1 year from joining MBA.
