First of all, Please do not bring your exterior appearance in your career path. If you are qualified, smart and confident - no can stop you going ahead in life. It is only for the airline cabin crew jobs (not ground jobs) - certain parameters are set by the airline companies related to weight. Other Job areas in Aviation / Tourism do not have such issues. Now, you can still work on your weight reduction - if you still not very confident.

I want to give the answer in one word Yes, UGC NET exam can be cracked in very first attempt and believe me it is not at all an insurmountable exam. A working guy who devotes 1213 hours daily in commuting and office, therefore it was very difficult to give 23 hours daily for UGC NET.
