As per the UGC guidelines two regular degree/Diploma courses can not pursued together. Because you have joined the GNM Diploma course during the B.A. Course. Hence you can not claimed the benefit of other course at the same time. However both courses are legally valid, but benefit will be given for one course only.

Patna law college is govt college and have entrance exam for admission in LLB program. The per semester fee is about Rs 1724/ only. Further LLB from a reputed Govt law college always have advantage over other private colleges. Hence in my opinion Patna Law College is the best.
