Eligibility Requirements

passed the 10+2 exam with Physics, Mathematics, and either Chemistry, Biotechnology, Biology, Technical Vocational Subject, Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics Practises, Agriculture, Engineering Graphics, or Business Studies as additional required courses. gotten at least 45% in the aforementioned subjects taken combined (or 40% for candidates in the reserved category). or obtained at least 45% in the Diploma (in Engineering and Technology) test (or 40% for candidates who fall under a reserved category), subject to openings in the First Year in the event that all openings at lateral entry are filled.

Candidate must have passed class 12th or equivalent by the AIU or Intermediate or 2-year Pre-University exam conducted by a recognized Board/ University with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects along with one of the Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject. Candidates must have passed class 12th/equivalent examination in 2020, 2021 or appearing in 2022. There is no age limit for the candidates. Candidate with 50 percent eligibility are also eligible: Final examination of the 2-year course of the Joint Services Wing of the NDA. SSC Examination conducted by the NIOS with a minimum of 5 subjects. A Diploma recognized by AICTE or a State board of technical education of at least 3 year duration. 2021 onwards Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow will be using the score sheet of JEE (Main) for admission instead of UPCET (Earlier UPSEE).
