Hi Sachin!
To pursue MBA overseas in a top tier University, you would ideally require 2-3 years of managerial level experience. However, for freshers i normally recommend a Masters or MSc courses with specialization in a relevant field of interest. However, if this does not suit you, there are several good Universities across countries who have fresher MBA programs. I would like to know your academics in detail (%, year of passing, backlogs etc) to guide you further with the apt country and University. So do share your details. Happy to help!

There are several Universities across countries that offer MBA courses. The selection of apt University is dependent on your scores, work ex, your budget, the duration you would be to open to (1 or 2 years), your IELTS/TOEFL scores, GMAT tests (whether you wish to give GMAT or not). In general students prefer pursuing MBA programs from US, UK, Australia, NZ, Ireland and Canada.
