HI Arpit,
Several top Universities offer MS in Mechanical Engineering with Specialization in Thermal Engineering/Fluids. Typical budget for the same for a two year course should ideally be Rs.25-30 Lakhs, assuming you do not get scholarships. A few I can recall are Purdue University, University Austin, Texas, Oregon State University, Colorado State University, University of South Florida.
However, I would suggest if you could share your background in detail so that I can provide you with the most apt University based on your background and experience.

Hi Meera,
If you have a qualifying score(55%-60% marks) in HSC exams for college admissions, I would suggest you to appear only for the subject in which you have failed rather than appearing for all the subjects.

Hi Anmol,
The Basic eligibility criteria to join Merchant Navy is:
Aspirant must have passed 12th class with physics, chemistry and maths as their main subject.
They must have completed their graduation in the field of Marine Engineering or Nautical Science to join the engineering or navigation fields in the merchant navy.
Candidates completing their graduation in Technical, Mechanical or electrical engineering field are applicable to join the Merchant Navy as Fifth Engineer or Engine Cadet.
