After an M Sc in Economics, an MBA in Finance or Banking and Finance is not a bad bet, considering that you would like to opt for a professional course. However, an M Phil/PhD is not a bad idea if you wish to step into the academic sector. Hedge School of Economics offer some top up certifications.

Dear Indranil,
Both the institutes mentioned by you are equally good and thus it will be very difficult to tell which one will be the best option.
However, we can help you with the parameters that you can keep in mind while choosing an institute.
You can consider the below parameters
1) Faculty,
2) Affiliation / Recognition
3) Course Material,
4) Quality Education,
5) Fees
6) Infrastructure
7) Success Rate.
8) Placement
9) Top recruiting companies.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.
Click on thumbs up or mark it as best, if you found this info useful.
Wish You Luck!

Vivek, I am not sure how good you are with maths and programming. If you are, then you may either go for MCA or must pick up a language whether PHP/ HTML5 (web dev), .Net (for software dev) Java/ Android (for apps) or C#/ Unity (for games). However like i mentioned, you must be good with programming to move ahead in this area since you have to compete with other MCAs and BTech(CS) applicants. So choose your internship/ industrial training very carefully. Do not just go for the cheapest to save money. See the IT company's credentials on the net. for example if someone provide LIVE PROJECTS are they there near the TOP on PORTALS like JUS
