*Admission to various B.Tech courses at IIIT Hyderabad will be done through four channels, namely, JEE Main 2017, Direct Admission for Students of Abroad (DASA), NTSE, KVPY (NK), and Olympiad.
*IIIT Hyderabad are the only IIIT's that do not consider CBSE Board percentage and admission to these are based ononly JEE MAIN scoresand done through separate counselling.

MBA entrance exam has nothing to do with which specialization you are interested into.
I would suggest that you should enroll for CAT and MAT.

Generally you must hold a 3 or 5 year Bachelor degree with a first class preferably. Additionally an IELTS score would be required. Do check university websites for the admission requirements.

If you are good in programming and wants to learn, go with CSE or if you are interested in electronics, go with ECE. Similarly, if you want to learn about mechanisms of different engines, go with mechanical engineering.
