You cannot do as UGC itself and ang universities do not allow the same. also there is no point on doing 2 PG together as per new CBCS scheme many universities allow you to pursue a PG degree of your choice and you can choose subject from other specialisation.

It also depends from where you do. if you are getting seat in tear 1 B-Schools and tier 2 B-Schools I.e. top 50 B schools go for full time else go for a part time institute who has good brand value, good facilities, infrastructure and really add to your learning.
