There are different exams conducted by different states for admission in their government college so clarify the name of that exam or state so that we can say that what marks is needed.
Generally, you have to clear the exams with the decent score then only you can get admission in a government college.

Yes, it's perfectly possible to take admission in any IIT based on your Diploma. Just remember, IITs consider Diploma to be equivalent to class 12th and hence you will get admission in the first year provided you meet all other criteria.

I think, mass communication, because it had wider range of job scope as in radio, TV, newspaper, movies, documentaries, journalism, advertising and more on mass comm. Not in any way disappoint you, you explore the world and also became more and more confident to put up your opinion in society. On the other side. Aviation course have narrow scope as in job always goes around in airport / flight sector. All good colleges accepting CAT score have already completed their admission process. It's too late to get into a good B-School. But if some seats are left vacant then you can go for Jaipuria, Lucknow or Amity, Lucknow. Good luck.

If you score 90 percentile and above in CAT, IIM and IITs are good choices.
Also, a good XAT score can fetch you a seat at XLRI, XIMB, XIME, XIMR, SP Jain, etc.
All the above colleges have a legendary reputation due to their academics, research and placements. Also, there are umpteen institutions like BITS, SRM, Amrita, etc.
