At the college of TKM, Kollam if you get first allotment, for Electrical and Electronics Engineering, you can still get admission in a college in Thiruvananthapuram (TVM) through the second allotment. This is possible if your rank meets the cutoff for the TVM college and if seats are available in the second round or next round.

It can also vary each year depending on the number of applicants andacademic excellence. The cutoff is based on the marks, qualifying examination, such as WBCHSE or CBSE 12th standard exams.
