Well its nothing like that usually Upper Second class i.e 60% to 70% is ideally required in order to take admission into the german universities along with the test scores like IELTS/ TOEFL , GMAT, GRE etc depending upon the course and you can also directly contact to the university about the entry requirement.

I wonder after graduation why you are interested in BBA as mostly people go for MBA or some master program in management , i would suggest you to go for the MBA program and Following are the entry requirements for getting admission in germany :-Bachelors degree or equivalent, preferably in the field of Engineering, Mathematics or Natural Sciences- General Management Admission Test (GMAT),English language Test like Toefl, A minimum of one years work experience after the bachelor degree is required you may try in these B Schools in Germany :- Faculty of Economics and Management Studies

Do not think abot the past and the future. Concentrate on your present. Be realistic, even if the college has a very few number of placements think positive about yourself that you will be the first to get the job in the college. Mind you this thinking will help you a lot.

At University of Westminster there is MA Conference and Events Management is available however PG Diploma in event management is not available there , kindly refer this link for more details this course starts in sep 2010 however you can contact the university for the next intake details.
