As per profile you may surely pursue MBA from IIMs provided you fulfil the eligibility criteria for the same.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
For your reference find below the eligibility criteria for CAT Examination:
The candidate must hold a Bachelor’s Degree, with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA.
Candidates appearing for the final year of bachelor’s degree/equivalent qualification examination and those who have completed degree requirements and are awaiting results can also apply. If selected, such candidates will be allowed to join the programme provisionally.
The other option for you would be to work for 2-3 years after completing your graduation and then opting for a full time MBA or PGDM program, the advantage of this step would be that after working for few years you would know which specialization to opt in MBA that can further enhance your career prospects.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing:
1. General MBA program.
2. MBA in health care management.

In order to pursue masters degree from universities in Germany you need to take below mentioned tests:
1. GRE.
2. TOEFL or IELTS.
