As per your query it seems that you wish to pursue studies from universities abroad so regarding this please remember universities abroad have 2 admission intake in a year namely:
- Fall(September) intake.
- Spring(January) intake.
So if you are applying in January -2014 then it means you are applying in Spring 2014 session.
Please remember application deadlines in foreign universities for international students are set by the department delivering each program, and these deadlines may be as early as 12 months before the program begins.
So, in order to know the exact application deadline it would be always advisable to browse through the university's website you wish to apply.
