Presuming that your enquiry is about MBA, International Business admissions to Indian Institute of Foreign Trade, IIFT conducts # Written Test on Sunday, 23rd November 2014 between 10.00 a.m. and 12.00 noon at centres like Ahmedabad, Allahabad, Bangalore, Bhubaneshwar , Chandigarh, Chennai, Coimbatore, Dehradun, Delhi, Guwahati, Hyderabad, Indore, Jaipur, Jamshedpur, Kochi, Kolkata, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur and Visakhapatnam. Based on marks for written test, candidates will be called for Group Discussion, Interview and Essay Writing to be held during January/February 2015 at Bangalore, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Lucknow and Mumbai. The IIFT test will suffice if you are aiming at admissions only to IIFT. The pattern of admission test comprises of a two hour objective test covering English Comprehension, General Knowledge & Awareness, Logical Reasoning and Quantitative Analysis. CMAT, MAT and CAT scores are valid for admissions to more than oe institution, college or university and is also a national level examination of good standard. Common Management Admission Test (CMAT) is a national level admission test for admission in all management programs approved by AICTE. Generally, the exam is held twice a year in the months of Feb and Sept. The better of two scores will be used for admission for 2014-15. The test pattern of CMAT comprises of Quantitative Techniques & Data Interpretation , Logical Reasoning, Language Comprehension, and General Awareness There will be 25 questions each in every section. Duration of examination is 180 minutes.

Yes there are various courses related to Computer software and application it generally depends upon your taste of interest.
Some of the certification options are:
Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.
.NET - This is among most popular languages which are direct counterparts of Java. These are mainly used for light weight application development on the server side and client side. .NET is also easy to master compared to the long Java Library.
The other options for the courses include, i am listing most prominent ones from job point of view:
Oracle/Mysql/DB2/DBA - This is one of the most reliable course options but you will not get any work of software development on its basis, yet you can continue doing it if you have interest in DBMS.
CCNA/MCSE - These networking certifications can employ you as a network engineer and again even in the recession period these were the most reliable career options, if not most exciting.
Between java & .NET i would suggest .NET and you being from ECE branch, Networking courses like CCNA should be easier for you.

The Company Secretary course comprises of three courses.
1. Foundation Course
2. Executive Course
3. Professional Course
How do I get there?
*After +2 a student is eligible to take the Foundation Course. Examination can be taken twice a year, in June and December.
*Candidates who pass the Foundation examination are eligible to seek registration as students to the Company Secretary ship Course.
*The course completes after a preliminary, intermediate and final examination.
*Final Examination can be taken after 18 months of enrolling in the course and having undergone satisfactory postal or oral tuition for the particular group of final examination.
Enrollment is open throughout the year.
For appearing in the June examination, enrollment is on up to -September and for appearing in December examination, enrollment is completed by March.
Practical experience ranging from two to three years or Management Training for 15 months and four months practical training in a company which is arranged by the Institute is also required.
After qualifying in the Final examination and undergoing practical training, a candidate is eligible to be admitted as an Associate Member. Senior Associate members may be entitled to become Fellows.
Admission is open to anyone who has passed the graduate examination of a university in India or any other equivalent qualification or those who have taken the foundation examination.
