If you want to get a government job, then pursue BAMS because government institutions hire BAMS graduates for the primary health centers in the rural areas.
If you want to start your personal clinic, then I think BDS is fine.
But if you want to be a general doctor, then opt for BHMS.

Dear Poonam,
If you have been working all this while, then you need not worry about the gap, work experience is not considered as a gap. You can apply for a visa after you have been accepted by a college. So, you must submit your study application to a college first.

Dear Sushant,
You need to be specific with the requirements, abroad mean a number of countries. Where do you want to go? Your budget is low and so are your academics. Again, top universities require work experience as well. You may check colleges in less competitive countries such as East Europe, Asia and so on.

If you get a good score in the JEE Main, you would then have to pass the exam of JEE Advanced for admission into IIT Kharagpur. It is through the JoSAA counseling process that admission is granted based on the rank obtained in the JEE Advanced. For MBA or M.Tech or any other postgraduate degrees, you would have to qualify for tests like GATE or CAT.

Fanshawe is a very popular college among Indian students as it comes under the SPP. The college has good brand value and the presence of strong Indian student community will make it easier for you to settle down.
As far as the scope of any course is concerned, you need to remember, getting a job depends on you and your caliber. If you score really high, then it is possible to get a well-paying job. Also, getting a job abroad doesn't depend 100% on your scores, your networking skills matter a lot. So the more active you are, the better are your chances.

One of the best option is try for GATE 2017 and look to get into PSUs. If you want to change your field to management than write CAT 2017 and eye for top notch B-schools. At the end, it's your choice whether to be in the technical field or make a switch.
Good luck.
