In continuation to your other query, I first want to ask you whether you really are inclined towards Cyber security or it is because of lack of job opportunity that you want to pursue the course? M. in itself helps a lot in improving your skill set. Where you're going wrong is that you are not applying I n the right places. Make a good linkedin profile and apply for jobs on LinkedIn as many companies post their vacancies on LinkedIn, further you should apply on Naukri. Com and Indeed as well. Don't await quick response as most companies/ law firms take time to get back as per openings. Your target should be IP practise law firms and you must follow the recruiters

Boards don't make you linguist nor can help you become one by force or special help. I have seen many linguist in both Indian or quite many foreign language including English whose student life clearly expressed their passion and opting for more than classwork sort of things. Yes, ICSE has a great pattern to feed your passion but then you need to work more honestly. So, best wishes from my end. :)
