Yes, you can get an MBBS seat in select colleges with 430 marks in NEET 2022 under the state quota. According to the Karnataka State Cutoff for 2021, if you are a general category applicant, you can apply to the following medical colleges:
1. Dr. B. R. Ambedkar Medical College in Bangalore: MBBS open category score-wise cutoff was under 440 marks in NEET

As per my best knowledge, to apply for Bachelors in education at SRM college of education, Hyderabad you have to give a competitive test named TS EdCET and as per this test score you will get a merit and as per the merit the students will be selected and then further counselling's will be done to choose the relevant students.
Or other there will be lateral entry for which information will be given by the college.

You may not get admission with an 88.78 percentile MHT CET in the DY Patil College of Engineering, Akurdi, unless you have some category-based exemption. Because the college's Computer Engineering branch is one of the most in-demand, the cutoff for most of the category is usually above the 90 percentile. In 2021 round two, the GOPEN cut-off was 95.29 percentile, and for other categories like LOPENO, EWS, and OBCH, etc. , the cut-off was higher than 92 percentile. The latest cutoff information for pursuing Bachelor of pharmacy at MMMUT Gorakhpur are based on the category.
For OBC category - 33%
For ST category -34%
For SC category-32%
And for general category- 40%.
The expected cut off for MMMUT Gorakhpur were also similar to the above mentioned cutoff information.
