FMS and XLRI do not care about past academics. You get 99.7+ and with only 10% weightage to past academic in FMS, it will be a sure shot convert. Beyond these B schools there would be many accepting you like MDI, NITIE, New Iims, provided you get a good percentile.

DTU conducts the LEET exam for lateral entry admission in different branches of the Bachelor in Engineering course. With a rank higher than 10,000, you have fewer chances to get admission, especially if you belong to the Open category. The reason is that according to the seat matrix, there are around 2514 seats available for lateral entry, out of which only 915 are open seats. Yes, you can get admission to Modern Education Society's College of Engineering for a B.E. in Computer Engineering with a 75.64 percentile in MHT CET.
However, you will need to be a Maharashtra state candidate to avail of the state quota seat. as you have a better chance to get a seat under the state quota.
In 2021, the cutoff for the Computer Engineering branch for GSCH was 75.1 percentile, and for GSCO it was 83.5 percentile. Hence, according to previous year's trends, you can get admission if you have a home state quota.

NO, the answer is no. It is very difficult to get in to any government colleges with 120 marks in NEET 2022. I would suggest you to go for another attempt in 2023. but you can get admission in private colleges, they will give you admission very happily. All the best.
