Yes Wayne! SNU and CMU have come together to offer this program specially to students who wish to study abroad, the course is B. Tech and BS as far as my knowledge goes. It will give students 2 degrees on completion.
You will need following assessments before January 2013:
SAT Reasoning Test OR ACT with Writing
SAT Subject Test in Mathematics Level 1 OR SAT Subject Test in Mathematics Level 2
SAT Subject Test in Physics OR SAT Subject Test in Chemistry
TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language)

See as a BCA student you must do MCA because after BCA there is very low opportunity of jobs. . and after completing you MCA . you will get good jobs. . Even i will suggest to do MBA after MCA . .after that you have a good future. .and a very good job opportunity. .
I won't suggest you to do MBA after BCA. .
if you are interested to pursue your Post Graduation with technical related stream, then better to go for MCA course.
In current scenario, IT is in good boom. Candidates who have completed IT related courses are being better paid by many organizations in these days.
If you have Maths in +2 then you can try in many top governme
