Eligibility
Candidates applying for 15 Months General Management Programme (Executive PGDM) must:
Hold a minimum of three years Bachelor's Degree from a recognized University in India/abroad in any discipline.
Be employed in a full-time job, with at least five years, measured in terms of calendar months, of relevant managerial experience as on March 31, 2013 in any public/ private/ government/ non-government organization after graduation.
Application Process
A candidate has the option of either taking XAT 2013 or submitting the GMAT Scores. Those taking XAT need to register for XAT 2013, being held on January 06, 2013. The last date of registration is November 30, 2012.
Others should send their GMAT score, which is taken between January 1, 2010 to December 22, 2012 along with their XLRI PP GMAT Form and demand draft to XLRI, Jamshedpur by December 29, 2012.
Based on the scores, people will be called for an interview process.

Fees
Fees and other charges for 15 months General Management Programme (GMP) will be approximately Rs. 14,50,000/- (or equivalent in $ US) for the academic year 2013 - 2014, plus service tax. Food, electricity and other personal expenses would be charged extra depending on the type of accommodation preferred by the student.
