Hi,
Ususally there are 3 rounds for international students in US universities. 1st round usually ends in October/November, 2nd round ends in December/January and 3rd round end in Febuary/March. It is always recommended to apply by round 2 as very less seats are left in round 3. Regarding spring session, there are no fixed deadlines. The last when you can apply for spring intake is usually November/December.
