The job of a pilot is a highly specialised one. It requires knowledge of air navigation, interpretation of meteorological reports, operating sophisticated electronic and mechanical controls. Like it is important to show your degree to justify that you have a qualification same ways you require a valid certificate to prove that you are certified person in the particular stream example CCNA is an international certificate awarded by CISCO for attaining associate level of proficiency in Networking.
As for the fee is concerned, this will be different for the course offered at different institutes. To know about this you may require to contact the institute directly.

Hi Harsh,
As you are keen to take to admission in NSD, the eligibility is graduate from a recognised university along with max.10 yrs experience in stage production and the age should not exceed 30yrs. Failing in any parameters would result in cancellation of candidature.
So if you have the mentioned qualification, you are eligible for admission or else I would suggest you to join a good theater group so that you gain the relevant experience and become eligible for admission into NSD.
Few good theater groups are
Swantantra Theater
Asmita etc.
Or the best for you will be to initially join your college theatre group and then go for a professional theatre so that you get to know your capabilities in theatre.
