No matter how much you got in your 10th and 12th class examination. If you had 50% marks then they are enough to join MBA top colleges but you should appear for MBA entrance exams conducted by various colleges, you should look up for where you you're willing to join and you should take that exam first then percentile matters for admission to that college.

If you want to pursue simultaneous courses, it would not be possible as both require regular classes and academics won't allow and so does the UGC.
Also, BBA LLB is a 5-year course for which you will have to leave computer science/engineering.
