If you are looking for a finance college in Canada, the best university to apply to would be University of Toronto as it is the best university in Canada for finance.

I would like to inform you that if your degree is a 3 year degree, then you are not eligible to pursue your studies in Canada as the degree requirement is a 4 year degree or equivalent. Kindly clarify the same so that we can take this discussion further.

I cannot suggest you which course you should opt for as the different courses that you hve mentioned have different career paths and i do not know which career you want you to settle with?
Regarding work experience, that shal be a requirement only for the MBA program. You would be required to have atleast 2 years of Full Time work experience for the MBA program.
The exams that you would have to give for all the courses is GMAT and TOEFL. As far as my knowledge goes, some universities offer Master in Economics without the GMAT as well.
Cost would be somewhere in between 40,000-80,000 USD depending on the university and its location. It
