Hi,
There is no minimum cut off for SAT. However, since this university has a good brand recognition and very tight competition, you should target a score above 2000 atleast. The higher you score, the better are your chances of admission.
Scholarships depends on your application which would include your essays, your percentage as well as your score in the international standarized tests(IELTS and SAT).
If you have impressive credentials which exceed the university's expectations, you would get a scholarship without any problem. There are plenty scholarship opportunities available.

If your school has no objections, then you can take up Biology in class 12th also. You c an request your school to let you go through the fundamentals of class 11th but i don;t think it should be a problem for you. You can also opt fr biology as a 6th subject.
