As to get employed as a Company Secretary, aspirants will need to clear the following:
Executive Program
Foundation Program
Professional Program
The minimum educational qualification to apply for a company secretary course is 10+2. The minimum age must be 17 years.
However, graduates in any discipline irrespective of percentage or division of marks or medium of examination are exempted from passing the Foundation Program and eligible for direct registration for the CS Executive Program exams.
Also, if a person is enrolled or appearing such examination (as mentioned above), then s/he may be provisionally enrolled and final certificates to be produced within 6 months of provisional enrollment.
So you can go ahead for a provisional admission.
