First think about the reasons because of which you are not getting selected.like Think about your english speaking ,technical knowledge,way of presentation etc
then prepare for any job opening at your best,
don't get disheartened if not selected,
keep your confidence level up but not be over confident,
Try clearing these exams like R-SATetc
These exams will allow you to skip aptitude test conducted by various software companies.
