Java/J2EE - The server side software development of web is mostly done by this most secure language option. Most of the banks in India and abroad implement their web applications using Java/J2EE only.

Before seeking admission in any institute, kindly check the below mentioned parameters such as affiliation, accreditation, fee structure, curriculum etc.
I can totally understand your dilemma in this case as I have been through the same.
Now, you need understand that there are two important things to consider while seeking admission.
(i) A branch of your choice but from a not so good institute = Not much value.
(ii) A not so demanding branch from a good institute= Not much value either.
However, if you are planning to take admission, it is always advisable to keep in mind the various parameters before selecting any institute.

Regarding placements, every college / institute provide assistance to successfully pass out students. But, no institute can guarantee you placement as it entirely depends on your capabilities, utilization of skills, presence of mind, communication skills, etc.

Business Administration and Business Management, both have their base in commerce and are management oriented courses which have acquired prominence with the rapid growth of industrialisation. It was this industrialization which led to the development of a scientific approach towards business. Though the nomenclature of BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration) and BBM (Bachelor of Business Management) differs, both are professional courses, taught over a span of three years and are essentially the same, in terms of curriculum and core content.
