Hi Suraj,
Preparing for CAT is best done with a coaching institute of good reputation like IMS and Career Launcher. You can take their classroom courses or correspondence courses to receive guidance on various aspects of preparation, sample tests, areas of improvement etc. The CAT exam largely has questions on Maths, English vocabulary and comprehension and Logical reasoning. However, if you are very busy & can not attend classes or coaching you can wish to improve your performance in English, it will help to a) read a lot of news magazines esp. on subjects you are not familiar with to improve your comprehension abilities b) work on you

When you are already doing MCA, try to get into a corporate company before trying for a PHD, if you still dislike the allowances of the designation, then opt for a PHD.

Hi Vivekanand,
Their are some collages which accept ATMA score. But It is tough to state which one is better as every institute has it's own plus and minus points. You need to check certain parameters before joining any institute such as:
*recognition.
*success rate.
*how old the institute is.
*course details.
*faculty.
*alumni feedback.
*Specialization offered.
*Past placements records.
*Tuition fees.
*City preference.
*Industry interface etc.
So, think and decide wisely.
Some collages to mention:
1. Sankalp Business School, Ambegaon Bk., Pune
2. Institute of Management Development and Research, Deccan, Pune
3. ASM's Institute of International Busi

Since you asked to exclude the best[s], you can opt for specializations in respective sectors, like if you're good in oration, try for Mass Com, else go for Game Designing or Animation, etc.

Hi Saheel,
You can take the CAT exam even if you are from Nepal, that is if you want to join IIMs. In case you do want to join IIMs then CAT is much cheaper than GMAT. The comparative GMAT scores are available online on CAT website.

We're floating on the same boat. Opt for a Mass Com Degree from Symbiosis Pune or its likes. It'll be more satisfactory since you can opt for jobs as an Editor, PRO, among others.
But, if you want to get on television or on print, then I'd ask you to pursue Journalism.
BJMC is a good option, too. Check it out. :)

Hi Mayur, I am a fresher myself and i would say that the opportunities depend from year to year. Companies come to the college with specific profiles that they wish to recruit and the demand changes regularly. I would be wrong to tell you in black and white that the prospects are good or bad. Over the years it has been seen that a mix of both the freshers and people with work ex are offered exciting job profiles. Best of luck:)
