Haven't you asked this question already? Anyways, you must take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. Both SAT and TOEFL will be required. Instead of SAT, you can also take ACT. But check Stanford website for their preference, if any. You have to visit their website and also check the admission and selection process since Stanford is among the world's the toughest universities to get into you have to be realistic and practical and see if you will fit into it.

You need to specify the college you want to get in first of all. However for various NLUs, there is CLAT conducted every year for pursuing the said course.
Apart from this, other colleges have their own entrance test. Also, various states also have state level entrances for the same.

Every academic programme has its own highlights and it totally depends on the aspirant as to how he/she looks at the opportunities. Talking specifically of IPM, one of the biggest thing is, it makes you a part of the IIM franchise, and you get that auspicious tag. One can also see it as a shortcut entry to IIM without facing CAT (though IPM is equally competitive), the course structure is amazing and actually helps produce excellent managers. Basically, if you want to get admission in any MBA college, the entrance exams like snap MBA CET etc. are mandatory according the college or die criteria the only issue, is your UG percentage will matter during the final placements when companies with throughput 60% criteria will visit the campus, else most of college which prefers MBA in general won't have any issue with your UG marks. All they need is your entrance exam score, which should be above 90% marks.

Though distance education has less value than regular courses, it also depends on various other situations. If you have experience and you are pursuing higher education in the same line to enhance your degree, then it does count. But with no experience in that area, distance education is given less preference.
