Diploma in aeronautical engineering can get you jobs in industries related with production of aero structures. Perhaps by extension in a unit producing may be mechanical structures or related products. But there will be other Diploma holders who will be competing. On the other hand Diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering will lead to getting DGCA liscence that in turn enables job in the maintenance dept of any civilian aircraft. With passenger and air cargo increasing every year, potential of getting a job is great. Keeping in mind above, I would reccomend Diploma in aircraft maintenance engineering.

It is not possible to do Engineering and Medical course through Correspondence mode. Doing so is the violation of the rules laid by AICTE and MCI. And if any university offers this course with correspondence mode, UGC can cancel, it's registry and student will not get the recognised certificate.
