Friend,
I think MBA is the best option if you are able to get it in atleast top 150 colleges But as per your CAT score its not possible So if you are bad in maths and good in English write XAT test to get admission in Xavier group of institutions. But it will take time till that you may opt for job like bank clerical/bank PO etc., For better guidance ask your query here https://ask.shiksha.com/top-mba-colleges-accepting-cat-2013-score-dscns-2739602 and here https://ask.shiksha.com/what-after-graduation-dscns-2644836

Hello Manisha, in all campuses of IBS except for IBS-Hyd the degree given is PGPM, which will not make you eligible to go for govt. job but there is an option for that apart from doing regular PGPM you can enroll yourself with MBA degree which is offered by IBS-Dehradun, it's a distance learning program which will give you a certificate of being an MBA which makes you eligible for govt. job, for this you have to pay 25k per year i.e. 50k in total.

Friend,i think you are eligible Because according to AICTE we should have more than 50% in graduation. It didnot tell about 12th.Also XIME cutoff is 65 percentile in cat/xat etc.,You have this also.So most probably you will get a call
