Hi Priya,
As per your MAT score, your requisite percentile will be around 35 percentile to 45 percentile. The percentile is a very low score to confirm a seat in any institute. I would suggest that you should re-appear for the MAT exam and attempt it to the best of your capabilities to ensure the seat.
However as requested, for list of colleges offering admission in Mumbai, kindly refer the link given below:-
http://goo.gl/UMdSZC
Kindly filter out the branch/college/location as desired from the above link.
I hope this information helps. Please feel free to revert.
Wish you luck.

Hi, every university and program has their own specific requirements. As a standard, international applicants are expected to have a first class but not mandatory. Certain universities might have a minimum requirement but most of them does not. Since you have a work experience, you may have an upper edge over applicants without work experience. Tampere Institute of Technology, University of Helsinki, Aalto University Finland, Norwegian University of Science and Technology and University of Oslo are well known institutes for technology programs. Please visit the university websites for details. I hope this helped.

Dear Ved,
Have you started looking out for universities for your Ph.D? If not, start looking and contacting them. The university you plan to apply to must be currently working on the research area you are interested to work. Email the department heads or supervisors to find out. That is the basic process for Ph.D
Hope this helps.

The IIBS is full of knowledgeable yet supporting staff. For the most part, professors are extremely knowledgeable, competent, and helpful. Everyone has a PhD, which is simultaneously really impressive and really intimidating. You'll never see a TA in your four years, and it's a safe bet that office hours are long enough for them to explain everything you didn't understand in class. Over all teaching is good.

It is slightly difficult because every college asks for at least 50% in graduation. So, it will be tough to get admission unless you got a very good score in entrance exam.
Good luck.
