You aren't allowed to pursue any regular degree alongside CA, while you are pursuing internship which will probably commences in 2nd year of your graduation.
Barely any college or university offers BBA from distance. Hence, it is advisable to pursue B.Com honors alongside CA for graduation degree.

Yes, you can do B.Tech after diploma engineering. After diploma engineering, you can get admission direct in 2nd year through LEET. There are many universities like Jaipur University, Karanataka Open State University, etc. which provides distance course.

With 95% in MAT, I would suggest you to go for admission in either Christ or Xime - Bangalore. There is no other college accepting MAT score.
