After completing your BCS, you can opt for either of the mentioned courses depending on your particular interest like MCA is a good option to go with if you are inclined towards a career in technical stream, MCM is some what related to MBA in IT as this teaches about Computer management and is least on the technical edge and lastly the MCS, which is more or less a M.Sc in Computer science would be an obvious degree in continuation to your graduate degree.
