Hi Salman, you have forgotten to specify the course about which you want to know. De MontFord University is located in Leicester and provides a range of courses at under graduate and post graduate level.
Documents required to apply for admission- Class 10 and 12 marksheets and Passing certificate, sem wise or year wise marksheets, degree certificate or provsional certificate, Statement of Purpose, Letters of Recommendation(2), Work experience letters from all employers (if any), CV (if you have work ex or are applying for MBA), A copy of your passport(1st and Last Page), IELTS (6 min for UG courses and 6.5 min for PG courses). IELTS can be submitted later on if not already written.

To the best of my knowledge I believe that Photography course is not available in Seneca College. They do have some options in 3D animation and Animation field but not in Photography. Also I would like to know if you are going on bachelors program because Sheridan has Bachelors in Photography. It will be a 4 yr program and you will be required to submit a portfolio along with your application.
Canada follows government education. It is not like UK or any other country where the ranking system will make a college/university rank above another college.
It all depends on the course you are opting. Every where in Canada one single rule of education is followed be it Toronto, BC or some place else. Hence, there is no comparison among them.
You can only compare them on the availability of your intended course and your own personal requirements.

If you are keen to pursue a career in game development/ programming you need to have a base in Coding. having knowledge in languages like C++, Java, Asp.net etc will help you in this stream.
