Well it will be very difficult to provide any information about cut offs as the cut offs change every year and also varies on the branch that you wish to pursue. However, last years the cut off was MT-CET: 172 . But this may change as admissions now will be done on the basis of JEE Main.
In order to get the exact information, I would advice you to get in touch with the institutes directly.
