To pursue mass communication and from IIMC is the best choice for post graduation. But, they offer you a diploma and not a degree. The difference between a Degree and Diploma is that a Degree is a certified Masters programme having affiliation from the UGC, however a diploma can be offered by different institutes as their self-offered program and is only valid until the institute withdraw it back. A diploma holds lesser importance but holds the same curriculum as a Master's programme taught in lesser duration.
IIMC's diploma holds a lot of importance as it's the No.1 institute for mass communication, journalism and advertising in the country. The last date of submission of the application form for this session is 20th April 2016. You may hurry to fill it if you wish. I would definitely recommend this course and college to you.
Also, you may try for Symbiosis, St. Xavier's, Jamia and BHU too if you wish to take more chances in trying your luck to these best institutes as well.

CBI stands for the Central Bureau of Investigation. That is the central governing body that investigates the Scams related to all fields.
Eligibility:
The minimum eligibility to join CBI in the assistant grade is a Bachelors degree from a recognised university.
Age:
The minimum eligible age, to write combined graduate level examination, is 20 years wheras, the maximum age limit is 27 years with relaxation of upto 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC.

Chest: 76 cms. with expansion
Procedure to join:
To join the CBI department, you will need to appear for Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam, conducted by the Staff selection commission every year.
Examination structure:
The examination comprises of two papers.
1. General intelligence & awareness
2. Arithmatic
The preliminary exam is is followed by the Main exam.
The Main exam comprise of
English language,
Comprehension,
Communication skill and writing ability ,

To join in CBI officer You need to crack CGPE(Combined Graduate Preliminary Exam). This exam conducted by the SSC(Staff Selection Committe).
TO become an CBI Officer you have to pass Bachelor degree course in any stream from recognized university.
Your age should be in between 20 to 27 years. The upper age relaxation applicable this exam. 5 years age relaxation for sc/st candidates and 3 years for obc candidates.
