As admission criteria to any engineering stream requires PCM only so you can take admissio in Civil engineering in any college. Also civil engineering is a course which has considerable low placements in ordinary colleges so you should select your college selectively having good placement track records. Hey Vikas,
Not all best colleges will be accepting this score in MAT or CMAT but you still have options to go for. You can go for improvement or some best B-Schools conduct their own entrance examinations and you can go for that. Some universities even offer scholarships based on the score of their entrance exam. e.g., Lovely Professional University NEST, VITEEE.

Best and economical university for education often doesn't come togethor. However there are some institutions which recognise talent and performance of student and offer economical education or even scholarships. You can check out - Delhi University, Jamia, JNU. Also out of Delhi NCR Lovely Professional University is having one of India's best scholarship schemes. You should check that out also.

Full time is the best option if you have time in your hand and if you have no pressure of earning money. But if you are working and do not have enough time in your hand to attend classes and go to college every day, its better you opt for part time or even executive MBA. But when you are opting for Part time or Executive its important you do it from a reputed college.
