In terms of placement package size, definitely CSE is better. CSE has comparatively more numbers of jobs than ECE. Although both are good branches if done from a good college.

Dear Abhinav, MCA is a very Indian degree. You won't be finding MCA in Canada and other countries. MS computer science, software development and engineering, web design and related areas are available. MC Gill, University of Toronto, University of Waterloo, York University are few of the best for computer studies.

Hi Amal,
The Training and Placement Unit of the Institute is responsible for providing world class job opportunities to the undergraduate and postgraduate students after graduation for suitable jobs in the industry and various private and public sector organizations.
No institute can guarantee you placements. It's just purely based on how you utilize your abilities and skills at the right time. I would suggest you to contact the training and placement department personally for accurate numbers.
Also, if possible go through the alumni speak section to get an idea what the alumni thinks about the institute.

Yes you will definitely get good salary from MIT US. You may have to explain your choice of b.tech college but as long as you have excellent academic score, b.tech from low ranked college won't be fatal. It will just get a bit difficult to get into MIT. You will have to make sure you have extraordinary academics and involve in good projects.
