Hello,
Aerospace engineering is like any other branch of engineering. The duration, the difficulty level, the fees etc. are all similar. Fees could be anything between INR. 90,000 to 2 Lacs, depending on the ranking of the institution. The more famous, more fees. Almost every college offers hostel for girls. Placements are not revealed branch wise, but only batchwise & hence for individual branch it's only guesswork. However four years from now, placements are expected to be better as compared with today. Best wishes to your dreams getting fulfilled.

BMS, BJMC, BAJMC and B.A. (MC) are the same courses having different names and a bit different structure offered by various institutes. All are Bachelors degree and it is the decision of the university to name the course they offer. There can be a little difference in the approach the syllabus adopts by more value to technical skills. Visit: https://www.nimcj.org/bjmc.html
