Hi Ajay, when you already have MBA why do you want to pursue again? Some of the Universities will be apprehensive to give admission if you can not clearly state the reason why you are pursuing the same course again.
The fee varies from country to country as the course duration varies. If it is Germany you are targeting at then the course duration is 2 yrs, GMAT will be required and a work experience of 2 yrs.
If you do not have work experience then UK and Australia will be 2 good options.
If you like this answer then kindly mark it as the best answer or rate it thumbs up. Please feel free to post queries if you have any.

Hi M.Vishwanath,
There are several course options available in Commerce but depending on your area of interest you may choose the most preferred option available like CS, BBA, Banking, CWA, Law, B.Com, BCA, BA etc.
It is important that one analyzes self interests and based on which may then decide a career course accordingly and without knowing your interest intent, providing any accurate information is least possible.
Kindly revert for any further queries, also if you liked this answer then rate it 'Best answer' or give a 'Thumbs Up' rating.
