These are regularly conducted by organizations such as SGS, TUV etc. These courses will ehp you enhance your skills as QA Manager and these would to your value in your cv. Yes, Executive MBA should also be done and I suggest that you take TQM - Total Quality Management' as your specialization subject.

here is a brief explanation yogesh it all deends upon your knowledge and communication if u have a good knowledge and communication u will be directly selected to the second level like captain in service department,comi 1or demi chef de partie in production,front office executive,house keeping supervisor or else if u dont have good communication and knowledge u will be in the lower level and as for hotel industry only experience and leadership quality will take u high its my personal experience so try gaining good knowledge and try to get reference in the place u want to join sometimes references will also help to get a good pay
