I don't know much about BIBS but yes there are other universities like CMJ university, Assam down town university, LPU etc that are offering this course. You can check out their websites for more detailed information.

Don't worry there are many other universities too that take into consideration both your marks in 12th as well as marks in JEE and you seem hopeful of getting very good marks in 12th. I would advise you to check out with some reputed universities like LPU, Amity, Alliance etc also for admission.

You are not eligible since you do not qualify the admission criteria. Eligibility Conditions:
(1) Maximum age limit is 21 years as on 01.10.2010 (26 years for SC/ST
(2) Pass in Class 10 with minimum 55% (50% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate counting all required subjects.
(3) Pass in Class 12/Equivalent Qualifying Examination (QE) with minimum 65% (50% for SC/ST) marks in aggregate counting all required subjects.
(4) For BCA candidate must have passed in Mathematics/ Computer Science/ Information Practice or equivalent in class 12 / Equivalent QE.
