Dear Mr. Rao, as you have experience in banking operations and also have caiib and mba in hr. in finance try to do some courses in securities management or courses in financial markets (masters program). In that way, you will gain some of the aspects that you wanted and also relevant to banking industry and knowledge per se.
MBA finance will have basic module of your MBA HR.hence not recommended. The securities management along with your HR and manpower management skills with CAIIB and banking knowledge will help you move in to the to ladder.
However try to improve on your presentation, reporting and communication skills.
